The room was a spacious suitewith ample space. The included breakfast was a nice perk from a café. I contacted the hotel prior to arrival and they quickly addressed my concerns, which I really appreciated.
The walls in the bedroom had some dirty spots. It detracted a bit from the overall experience.

The breakfast involved a pastry, a toastie with ham and cheese, a coffee, and a juice, all served at the adjacent café (I especially liked the toastie!). It provided a pleasant start to the day.

i liked that the location was very central. it was an easy walk from the train station if i didn't have luggage. delicious food was just minutes away, and convenience stores were also close. walking to see florence cathedral was an easy walk too.
the breakfast in the cafe nearby wasn't great. the coffee machine didn't work . there was little variety, so i didn't find it very appealing.

my beautiful suite was well done with modern interiors. the beds felt comfortable, and the kitchen had a good design. i enjoyed the space and layout of my room.

The air conditioning was not good. it was old and dusty. I felt it barely worked. also, some of the furniture was old and broken. The sofas looked pretty worn. it wasn't what i expected, honestly.

The apartment was very spacious for my family. Air conditioning worked great! We arrived late, but the security staff quickly gave us the key. Breakfast at the cafe next door included a pastry, ham and cheese toastie, coffee, and juice. The food was AMAZING!!!
